QUESTION:  How can you help with my design problem when you can't see my house?
 
ANSWER:  By using photos that you can take (either by use of a digital camera or regular photos) we can look at the problem areas of your home and make suggestions.  We may also ask for your help in measuring sizes of furniture or room sizes.  You may also send swatches of fabrics or wallpapers or even paint colors that you have an interest in using for our input.  We in turn can respond by use of photos, swatches, and drawings that can help you to see how to arrange rooms and place accessories or even window treatments.
 
 
QUESTION:  How many hours will it take to complete my project?
 
ANSWER:  The hours required to complete your project will depend on the complexity of the problem.  By using our Contact the Designer page you can briefly describe your design needs and we will contact you to discuss how involved the project will be.
 
 
QUESTION:  Where is your business located?
 
ANSWER:  We are located near the furniture capitol of the world, High Point, North Carolina.
 
 
QUESTION:  Can you find fabrics and paint colors for me?
 
ANSWER:  Absolutely.  We are a full service design studio with the ability to offer fabrics, wallpapers, trims, and any other items needed to complete your project.  We can send you samples of all of these items for your approval.
 
 
QUESTION:  Are your fabrics and trims or other items expensive?
 
ANSWER:  Our studio offers items to fit every budget.  We will work with you to determine what is a reasonable amount to expect for what you wish to accomplish and make every attempt to honor your budgetary requirements.
 
 
QUESTION:  I'm not comfortable with giving out my credit card number for online payments.  How can I be assured that your company and methods of payment are legitimate?
 
ANSWER:  We accept credit card payments through PayPal, a well known and secure online payment processor.  This company is independent of DesignerInteriorsOnline.com and is used as a merchant service for our website.  PayPal offers many options for payment.  You may learn more about PayPal by going to www.PayPal.com and registering with them to make online payments not only to our company but for many other uses.  We also accept checks however those checks must clear before we begin work on your project.
 
 
QUESTION:  What if I don't like something that I have ordered from your online catalogue...can I return that item?
 
ANSWER:  Most items found in our online catalogues are non-returnable due to the fact that they are ordered from wholesale trade vendors who do not accept returns.  You will have a 72 hour right of cancellation from the time you place an order for merchandise in our catalogue.  After that time items cannot be returned or cancelled.
 
 
QUESTION:  How long does it take for catalogue items to ship to me?
 
ANSWER:  That depends on the item and from where it ships.  Most items will ship out to you within several days of purchase.  Larger custom items will take longer.  You will be advised of expected delivery times when you place your orders.
 
 
QUESTION:  Will the items I order from the online catalogue look like the pictures?
 
ANSWER:  We use photography for our catalogues that is a very accurate representation of the actual products.  If you like the photos, you will love the actual items.
 
 
QUESTION: Do you ever travel to work onsite with out of town clients?
 
ANSWER: Absolutely.  If your job is too large or complicated to handle through our online consultations we can arrange to work with you locally.  Travel charges and expenses will apply in addition to your design fees.  Use our Contact the Designer page to let us know about your project needs.  We will get back in touch with you to discuss coming to you.
